Tree was removed last year. Stump still there. City truck drove by a couple of times, unannounced, but there were cars parked nearby. So, they drove on. The space has been available for stump removal all week, but no City trucks. Thanks

This situation with 2128 Lakeview Ave needing stump removal has been formally reported to Richmond Tree Management (Request #20020834244) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
