5/3/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with misc junk and debris left in alley and blocking alley access has been formally reported to Richmond Solid Waste Management ( CW# 149655 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
